Between 01:00–10:00 UTC on July 10, 2025, Commerce reporting (Analytics dashboard and Real-Time Reports API) may have returned errors or no data. The issue has been resolved, and services are now stable and being monitored. If you encountered issues with data imports during this time, please resume or restart them to ensure all records are captured.

All Sovrn Commerce services are now fully operational. We have resolved the issue and are continuing to monitor system performance to ensure continued stability.

We have verified that all click and revenue tracking remains fully functional and unaffected by the incident. However, access to some Sovrn Commerce services—including the Reporting API—may be degraded. Our team is actively working on a fix and will provide additional updates as they become available.

Stating June 22, 2025 at 8:00 AM MDT, some Sovrn Commerce services including the Sovrn Platform, APIs and Sovrn.co short link redirects may not be functioning as expected. We are currently investigating this incident.
