Sovrn is currently troubleshooting a data delay. Reporting in the Sovrn Platform is currently delayed started on May 15th. Please know this drop is not real, and will be fixed soon.

Sovrn Teams are working on re-running this data, which should resolve user reporting issues.

We're experiencing an issue with Merchandise data since 4/1. Our best people are on it. Thanks for your patience.

Teams have identified inaccuracies with Advertising analytics data in the Sovrn Platform. This is only affecting data from March 27th to March 30th. Data outside of those days is accurate.

Our Teams are investigating further. Please expect more updates by end-of-day tomorrow, April 12th.

Users might have received some reports from Sovrn that show incorrect numbers for Friday, March 15th.

There was a server anomaly from a Sovrn partner, which resulted in bids to come in at a massively inflated CPM. These bids are not real, and should NOT be counted in reporting.

We have identified a degradation in the service of the Commerce Price Comparison widgets and the Affiliate API. We are working on rectifying the issue.
